  • Signs That Women Need to Lose Weight

    Some women have no idea of the signs telling them they need to lose weight. Sure, they be buying clothes a bit bigger, but frequently the growth of their bodies is so graudal they just don't see it.

    Good news: we have a list of the signs of when it's time for women to enter a weight-loss program.

    • Feeling uncomfortable - Have you noticed that you are not as active as you once were? Do you feel uncomfortable because you have to sit and rest after walking what once used to be a short distance for you? This is most likely not caused by your age, but by some bad eating and other habits you have picked up over time. You may be spending more time sitting in front of the televison and not realize it. You may have started eating when you are sad, or under stress. These are the kinds of habits that you should beel uncomfortable about. It may be time to take a look at your lifestyle.
    • Lethargy and other problems - One of the most alarming signs of being overweight is the feeling of lethargy. You just don't feel up to doing anything; nothing matters. Climbing stairs is a chore. Standing for any length of time is out of the question. Shortness of breath is a constant companion. Mild exercise causes you to sweat. Suffer from any, or all of these, and it is time for weight loss.
    • Medical condition worsens - An increase in blood pressure, elevated sugar levels, a check of your hemoglobin level are all indicators that it is time for you to begin to lose weight. As you add more weight to your body, your systems will general problems. Obesity can lead you to heart problems, kidney troube, an elevation in cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure levels. All bad for your system.
    • Looking a bit plump - Those in close proximity to you, like you spouse, colleagues or friends, will not notice a change in your body as rapidly as someone you haven't seen for a while. If someone from you past tells you you are starting to look plump, it's time for weight loss.
    • Can't see your toes while standing - this is a sure-fire way of knowing that it's time to lose weight and that your midsection if nothing but fat. Time to start getting rid of the fat.
    • Check your Body Mass Indes (BMI) - Once you discover you are overweight, you need to check you BMI to find out how much fat you are carrying around. Knowing this will give you nad idea of how much weight you need to lose.
