    Fairbanks Head Injury Support Group
    1st and 3rd Mondays of each month
    7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

    Anchorage Head Injury Support Group (HISG)
    1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month
    6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
    121 West Fireweed Lane, Suite 105.

    The Mat-Su Valley Head Injury Support Group
    2nd Tuesday of each month
    1:00 p.m.
    897 Commercial Drive.

    Presentations from various agencies such as the Brain Injury Association, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, Department of Health & Human Services, the Alaska Works Project, and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation have educated the Anchorage HISG on their programs and how services may be utilized.

    Members have the opportunity to participate in social activities, learn about community resources, and be an integral part of their peer's lives, supporting each other, learning more about their disability and living with it. The success of HISG speaks for itself! Please contact the HISG Facilitator at the Access Alaska office for further information on the group and their activities.
